Patience Ndidi Key is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerians in Diaspora Chamber of Commerce (NiDCC). Patience is the brain behind NiDCC, a financial institution project she introduced and nurtured as the Chairman of NIDOA USA. Key is a business owner, a serial entrepreneur. She has served in corporate and non-profit organizations in high level positions. In her professional leadership role, she employs and manages staffs for direct patient care in private and hospital setting. She facilitates, motivates, and provide encouragement to teams for better creativity and improves the efficiency of development teams using Agile methodology. As a goal oriented and project focused leader, Patience is eager to move the needle on a variety of subjects cutting across and blending her passion of helping others both locally and globally into the work that she does every day.
She has a history of successes spearheading enterprise operations, applying business and system acuity, leadership talent and regulatory compliance in creating operational center of excellence. She is drawn to charitable organizations and strongly committed to the education and advancement of Nigerians and emerging communities. As a focused and passionate leader, she is effectively committed to community, national and global engagements, dedicated to promoting interpersonal development, and a strong believer that human capacity development, private sector development and collaboration among people and institutions are key elements that spurs nation building and global peace.
Patience serves on several Boards in advisory and executive capacity. Her vision for NiDCC is to create a viable platform for global wealth redistribution that connects individuals and businesses through reputable business leadership and partnership.
She has received numerous awards and honors for Leadership Excellence, Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of United States, President Joseph R. Biden Jr., Certificate of Honor for immense contribution to Nigeria’s Development and dedicated partnership with Nigeria Consulate New York from Ambassador of Nigeria to Cuba and former Consul General of Nigeria, New York, Amb. Benaoyagha Okoyen, a Proclamation from the Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, Agent of Social Change, Who is Who Diaspora, Exceptional Leadership, Woman of Influence, Visionary Leader and more. She speaks with passion, and she is engaged in conversations across community, business, and government platforms. Patience has spoken on global platforms on critical topics involving Healthcare Reforms, Ways to Combat Human Trafficking, Environmental Management and Remediation, quality education, the Strength and Voice of Nigerians in Diaspora, Maximizing the Potential of Nigerians in Diaspora, Women in Leadership and many more. As an avid communicator, she has written newspaper articles, press releases, participated in peace protests, condemned insecurity, insurgency, condemned the killing of innocent Youths during the EndSars Peace protest in Nigeria, abduction of the Chibok Girls, Leah Sharibu, various kidnaps/abductions, Herdsmen, and other issues bothering on the Nigerian people and economy.
In her former position as NIDO Americas USA Chairman, Patience initiated and led NIDO Americas USA Strategic Townhall Meetings; “The Strength and Voice of the Nigerian Diaspora” and visited several states in the US advocating for unity among Nigerians in the Diaspora and the essential need for National growth and development of the homeland, Nigeria. She facilitated and led the first NIDO Americas USA Annual Summit & AGM. Organized palliatives interventions in Nigeria during the pandemic lockdown. Initiated the creation of Nigerians in Diaspora Chamber of Commerce to integrate Nigerian and American/Western owned businesses. Proposed the creation of food banks in Nigeria to curb hunger, poverty, and increase agricultural produce and supply locally. Provided leadership and mentorship to several youth organizations in the US and Nigeria to foster the spirit of patriotism, create awareness, entrepreneurship, and skills training. Led a delegation of Nigerian professionals in the US to educate graduate student from the United States War College, DC on various topics relevant to their final projects on Nigeria. Worked with Some United States Congress Members to address issues on insecurity, killings, and abuse of human rights in Nigeria. Led the first NIDO Americas USA medical mission in Nigeria in collaboration with a US based organization. Partnered with the US State Department and the State of Maryland/Governor’s office on Community outreach in Maryland. Organized events/conferences for the unification of Nigerians in the United States. Interacted and coordinated with the Nigeria Diplomatic Mission on the Welfare of Nigerians in the United States. Initiated the creation of the platform for the Database of Nigerians in the United States and many more engagements.
Her life skills and career competencies are matched with an MBA, University of Maryland Global Campus, USA, graduate program in Public Health, USA, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Coppin State University, MD – USA, and Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Planning, Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria. Certified Scrum Master and Agile Project Management, Project Management, Leadership Fundamentals, Entrepreneurship, Digital Economy and still acquiring skills and knowledge.

Kunle Oshobi is a management consultant and development economist with a very rich working career spanning across manufacturing, insurance, and the telecoms sectors where he worked in Audit, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing functions with over twenty-seven years of cognate experience.
Given this background, Kunle has been able to assist several companies and organizations in Nigeria to succeed in growing their businesses and avoid failure based on reasons ranging from corporate governance issues, poor brand value articulation, poor sales, and marketing strategy, lack of planning and promotion, poor brand reputation and media management, human capital deficiency, to the absence of marketing communication. He is also a very proficient trainer in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Digital marketing, and Leadership.
Kunle is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the Nigerian economy, as a result of this he has written two books on developing and restructuring the Nigerian economy. In the course of writing these books, he engaged in extensive research on the subject matter which gave him a deeper knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian economy while drawing from the experience of other countries and our past experiences in the country to proffer solutions to our economic challenges.
Being an avid reader due to a thirst for knowledge, Kunle has become a very versatile individual with a diversified knowledge base. He has also attended the mandatory Centre for Management Development (CMD) training programs for the accreditation of Management Consultants and other Professional Development programs. He is a member of Toastmasters International where he is able to continually hone and develop his communication, public speaking, and leadership skills.

Violet is passionate about women empowerment and that explains her affiliation with a lot of women based organisations such as African Women Entrepreneurship program (AWEP) Weconnect International and Women in Management , Business and Public service (WIMBIZ) .While it would be superb to attribute my exceptional work achievements to my years of experience, it is good to also note that I am a strong advocate for International trade, Ethics and international best practices in business.This informed my being an associate of The Society For Corporate Governance Nigeria ( An association that advocates for good Corporate Governance structures on Boards) and the current Chairperson for International Trade Council, Nigeria Chapter.

Christopher Akhidenor has over thirty years’ experience in Accounting, Business Consulting, Auditing (Corporate and Nonprofit), Financial Analysis and Management, Forensic and Investigative Accounting, as well as Tax Preparation. He currently manages a public accounting firm, AC Christopher Accountancy Corporation in Oakland, California.
In his role as a CPA, Mr. Akhidenor utilizes his accounting and finance skills in planning, doing fieldwork and reporting on every engagement. He also utilizes his skills in managing, problem solving, strategic planning and implementations. Each engagement is approached with a high sense of professionalism. Thorough reports are prepared for client at the end of every engagement or continuously for ongoing engagements. Mr. Akhidenor follows-up each engagement to make sure recommendations has been implemented and desired results achieved.
Previous to starting his CPA practice, Mr. Akhidenor spent several years as the Chief Financial Officer/controller at Owens Design, Inc.; a high-tech company based in Fremont, California. He was responsible for the accounting and finance department. He collaborated with the heads of other departments in making sure the overall goals of the company are met. It was also his responsibility to make sure external corporate filings are up to date.
Mr. Akhidenor worked for Astec Semiconductor as controller before joining Owens Design, Inc. His responsibilities were similar to those he would later carry out at Owens Design.
Highly motivated and able to deliver results, Mr. Akhidenor and his team brings to every assignment strong organizational and technical skills, thorough computer knowledge and mastery of several accounting and finance applications. He is very experienced in software conversions and implementations.
